Victoria Regents™ offers you various seamless ways to place an order.
You may wish to automatically create an account when you place your first order online or purchase as a guest on our website. We advise you to create and account as this will help us maintain a seamless and mutually beneficial long term relationship with you. Below is a step by step guide to making your online orders on www.victoriaregents.com
1. Place an order
- Find the Items You Want
- Browse or search for the items you would like to order.
- Click the title or name of the item that interests you to see its product details and get more information about the item.
2. Add Items to Your Shopping Cart
- Click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product details to order an item.
- Keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order.
- You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart icon located on top of the page.
3. Proceed to Checkout
- Take a moment to review all the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart.
- If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, just leave the items in the Shopping Cart. Items in your Shopping Cart will remain there even after you logout of your account or close your browser.
- When you are ready to place an order for everything in the Shopping Cart, click the "CHECK OUT NOW" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.
- If you do not want to purchase an item in your Shopping Cart, click the “delete” button and the item will be removed from your Shopping Cart. The instructions below outline each step of our online order form. If at any point you encounter difficulty or receive an error message, please contact us
4. Sign In New Customer
- Indicate that you are a new customer.
- Enter your e-mail address.
- Enter a Username and password to create an account.
- If you are a returning customer fill in the username and password from the first order.
- Click the "Login" button.
5. Enter a Shipping Address
- Tell us where you would like to ship your order. Please note that we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
6. Choose a Shipping Method
- Delivery will be made by Victoria Regents™
- For customers within Lagos, the standard shipping rate per order is N1,000
- For customers outside of Lagos, the standard shipping rate per order is N3,000
7. Provide Payment Information
- Online payment using your Nigerian Interswith/Verve or Visa cards (Discussions are still underway with V-Pay VISA and/or Interswitch to offer these secure automated debit payment options).
- Payment can be made by direct deposits to our Bank accounts (this is available to both customers within & outside of Lagos) click here for Bank details, please call the office once this has been done with name of payee. Delivery will commence as soon as payment is confirmed by our bank
8. Review and Submit Your Order
- Check the accuracy all of the information you have provided and make any necessary adjustments.
- Click the "Order" button to submit you order.
- Once you have placed your order you will see the following message "Thank you-we have received your order".
- Check your email Inbox (also Junk mail) for an order confirmation e-mail message and the time of shipment.
If you would like to place an order by email, please send an email with the subject "PURCHASE ORDER" and provide the following information in the body of your email:
- Details description or name(s) of item(s)
- Delivery Address: This is the address to which you want us to ship your purchase
- Contact Number: preferably a mobile number
- Contact name in full: as indicated on the means of identification Once we get information your order will be confirmed and processed for delivery.
- Delivery dates: We count the delivery dates from when we receive your payment.
